What is a holiday without decorating sugar cookies! The kids had a great time placing all the sprinkles and red hots they could fit on the pumpkins, ghosts and cats. Bailey had a great time just picking the frosting off and eating it. Once the kids had their fun we get get down to business frosting the two batches of cookies. Shelby and Brayden showed so much creativity with the cute designs on each of the cookies.
This is me 9 months pregnant with our third child. I am hanging in there. I got a hernia with this pregnancy I think because I am carrying her low and out. I am feeling like most moms to be that are 9 months pregnant, ready to do almost anything to get to the baby out including go through labor! Bring it on! Check back for photos of the new arrival in about 4 weeks! I am due Nov 11 and we are expecting another girl!
I thought it was hilarious because I was not part of it. With the weather changing it has become time to put our new wood burning stove in our new home. The challenge was fitting the new stove pipe into the existing stove pipe. We have Shelby on the chair and Matt, Merrill and Cindy on the ground with butter knifes stuck up into the pipe attempting to slide the two pipes together. It took a few tries and a team work but it actually worked on the second attempt. Now we are nice and warm in our home. Isn't there an easier way to do this? Oh well I have said this before and I will say it again- Never a dull moment with the Buckley's around!
Hello World! The Buckley's have arrived. I love looking at other families blogs and what a great way to keep in touch with our families that live hundreds of miles away. Thank you to Cindy and Shelby for inspiring me to start this and basically doing all the stuff for me.
